Innovation as a collective fabric. Cortefiel’s success story
15th April 2015. We recently celebrated the first annual ideas4all Clients Club meeting with Grupo Cortefiel as a guest. A few months prior to that, the company entrusted ideas4all with the implementation of a corporate social network for ideas open to their 11,000 employees.
Despite its short history, the success story of ideas4all Innovation in Grupo Cortefiel is already reflected in figures (almost 900 ideas generated merely three months after its implementation) and the warm reception the platform has enjoyed within the company’s team.

Precisely in the HR Department they highlight the fact that the ideas social network has also served to detect talent that would otherwise have gone unnoticed, increasing engagement and making the most of the skillset of a young workforce (the average age of the group’s employees is 27) accustomed to using technological tools, as they are part of the digital generation.
