Information regarding the treatment of your personal data
In accordance with current regulations, we inform you that your personal data will be treated responsibly by the “CLIENT” (henceforth, “controller”) for the purpose of giving you access to the website “name”, for the exchange of innovations, ideas, solutions, designs, and any other content related to the world of ideas.
Additionally, for the satisfaction of the controller’s legitimate interests, whenever these are not superseded by other User rights, your data will be processed for quality control purposes in relation to the web platform’s features, as well as for the creation of profiles based on the
information provided by Users or derived from their use of the platform, to improve the user experience and to identify talent and consumer profiles. Users may object to such treatment of their data at any time, exercising their right as specified in the section regarding the Rights of the owner of personal data.

– Delete their personal data processed by the controller.
– Restrict the treatment of all or part of their personal data by the controller.
– Object to certain treatment of their data and the implementation of automated decisions regarding such data, demanding human intervention in the process, and dispute any decisions finally made in relation to the treatment of their data.
– Port their personal data in an interoperable and self-sufficient format.
– Withdraw any consent previously provided, at any time.
