Heineken promotes an innovation project with its employees

Project description

Heineken Spain selected us in 2012 for the development of a two-month pilot that was later expanded to all of its employees. The social network Ingenia has allowed to share ideas for new products and types of packaging, among other uses. The platform’s stimulation through challenges and competitions has contributed significantly to increase participation and idea generation.
