Project description

Repsol started using our solution in 2011 to develop a corporate policy of open innovation. Close to 15,000 employees (approximately 80% of the total) have participated in the cultural transformation brought about by the platform, sharing almost 3,000 ideas in several of the group’s business divisions. This crowdsourcing process has materialized in dozens of projects and 15 implemented ideas.
