In 2013, Santalucía Seguros turned to our solution with the objective of developing their own crowdsourcing culture among employees. The project’s vocation was to involve people in a way that was democratic and transparent, and it has allowed them not only to drive new business ideas, but also to create a new and powerful corporate channel that reinforces engagement among the workforce and detect existing talent.
